These 6 x 6 mm cubes of organic orange peel are obtained by carefully cutting pieces of candied peel after a meticulous candying process, aimed at preserving the precious essential oils.
These small cubes are tender and flavourful and reflect all the expertise of Cruzilles.
The oranges are candied with great care, by dipping them in a mixture of water and sugar syrup, then slowly candying them at a low temperature. This candying method guarantees the exceptional taste and texture of these orange cubes.
These candied orange peel cubes are placed on the traditional king's crown, but can also be used to make cakes or other pastries.
They can also be coated with granulated sugar or melted chocolate to serve as treats for afternoon tea or end-of-year celebrations.
