Developped in collaboration with world renowned chef Joël Robuchon, the Ariake range of stocks and bouillons has become a reference for their finest quality.
Using only natural ingredients slow cooked at low temperature to preserve all their flavours and retain more fragrant juices, this chicken stock is reduced to obtain a concentrated paste.
This chicken stock paste allows you to make up to 10 litres of sauce or 16 litres of broth.
