Concentrated shellfish Chef, allows you to make up to 58 liters of sauce stock thanks to its concentrated pasty texture which is dissolved in a boiling or cold liquid.
This concentrate is a shellfish ice cream that can add flavor to your sauces, fumets, soups, mayonnaises, vinaigrettes...
With no added flavor enhancer, it is convenient to use and has a low fat content.

Uses:
As a sauce base, dilute 10 to 40 g of product per liter or kg of hot or cold preparation.

Ingredients: shellfish extracts 33.2%: lobster, shrimp; flavourings, salt, palm oil, tomato paste, spices, aromatic plant extracts, thickener: xanthan gum; dye: carotenoids; antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherols
