Premium fish stock can be used to make up to 15 liters of sauce stock thanks to its concentrated pasty texture which dissolves in a boiling or cold liquid.
It brings a delicate flavor of white fish and scallops, an incomparable expertise of the Chef house.

Uses:

• Sauce base: 70 g of product in paste for 1 liter of water or the whole box for 9 liters of water
• Cooking base: 42 g of product in paste for 1 liter of water or the whole box for 15 liters of water

Instructions:

• Dissolve the product in boiling or cold liquid.
• Bring to the boil, turn off the heat.

• Ingredients: fish: white fish 18.8%, fish cooking juice (based on concentrated juice) 5.5%; maltodextrin, potato starch, onion puree, sunflower oil, salt, sugar, flavorings (with: wheat, celery), yeast extract, white wine, anhydrous milk fat (contains milk), lemon juice concentrate, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids
