Aix & Terra's Menton Lemon (PGI) Parmesan Sauce is a gourmet creation that combines the richness of PDO Parmesan with the unique freshness of Menton Lemon (PGI).

This recipe was developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Julien Allano, who has reimagined his famous Parmesan cream in a refined version full of character.

Handcrafted using traditional methods, this creamy Parmesan and lemon sauce is ideal for enhancing a wide range of dishes. It pairs beautifully with fresh pasta, gnocchi, risottos and ravioli, but also reveals its full finesse when served with a fillet of fish, a chicken escalope or roasted vegetables.

Heated through in just a few minutes, it adds a gourmet touch to your dishes, whilst also being perfect served cold on toast or as a dip with aperitifs.
