Aix et Terra's basil sauce is made in Provence and showcases the intense aroma of basil. Its creamy texture and rich flavour make it a must-have for easily enhancing everyday dishes.

Following the success of the Menton lemon and Parmesan sauce, Julien Allano, patron and partner of the Aix et Terra production house, has created this new recipe, this time blending the flavours of fresh basil, cream and PDO Parmesan in a beautifully balanced way.

Ready to use, this sauce can be enjoyed cold on toast or as a dip for vegetables, or warmed through to serve with fresh pasta, grilled vegetables or risottos.

• Ingredients: fresh cream (milk), fresh basil (10%), PDO Parmesan (milk), lemon juice, garlic, salt
• Storage: store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days
• Weight: 150 g
