The Basque pâté with masala spices is an original creation by the Leohia brand, which boldly blends the traditions of south-western France with the captivating flavours of the East. Made from carefully selected meats, it puts a new spin on the classic Basque pâté by incorporating a subtle blend of Espelette pepper and spices inspired by garam masala.

The result is a rich and indulgent flavour with notes of cumin, coriander, cinnamon and pepper, yet these never mask the product's authenticity.

Massala pâté is delicious on a slice of country bread or fresh baguette and can also be served with a chutney.

• Serving suggestion: remove from the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
