A 100% Basque product, crafted by an artisan butcher and caterer using carefully selected meat and a perfect balance of flavours.
A precise blend of spices and a hint of Espelette pepper (AOP) add a delicate, slightly fruity aroma, without ever overpowering the flavours of the meat.
