Unlike chocolate pearls using puffed rice or corn flakes, the crunch is long lasting, even after storage in the fridge or in the freezer.
Store in a dry place with humidity below 70%, preferably at 17-18°C.
Chocolate is sensitive to humidity and absorbs ambient smells, especially once the bag is opened.
