This revolutionary baking sheet is perfectly flat and allows you to bake tarts and pies with a diameter up to 28 cm while ensuring optimal grip and handling.
The perforated aluminium surface allows air to circulate evenly and efficiently during baking.
Ideal for use in combination with Silpat baking mats.

Note from manufacturer: "You might find light scratch marks on your perforated aluminium baking sheet. These are inherent in the manufacturing process and do not affect the quality of the product, including its great heat conduction properties."
