Before starting this Apricot Sorbet recipe, make sure you have organised all the necessary ingredients.
Wash the apricots and cut them into quarters. Place the apricots into a blender, together with the syrup.

... until you obtain a fine, homogeneous purée. If you wish, you can substitute fresh apricots with store-bought apricot pulp. Add the lemon juice.
Pour the preparation into the ice cream maker bowl.
Churn until you obtain a sorbet consistency.
This should take between 25 and 30 minutes. To speed up the churning process, make sure the preparation is cold before pouring it in the ice cream maker. Using an ice cream scoop, serve the apricot sorbet into individual bowls.
