Method for A Tomato for a Rose:
Cut the back of the tomato with a bench knife to form a base 2-3 cm (0,79-1,18 inches) in diameter and a few millimeters thick.
Take a vegetable peeler, slide the base you formed in the blade's slot and go on cutting the skin all around the tomato, going upwards toward the stalk. You must take only the skin, without breaking it.
Stretch the skin on your bench and roll it around the tip of a knife to give it the shape of a rose.
