This electric food dehydrator is ideal for drying slices of fruits and vegetables which contain moisture.
The ventilation system ensures a homogeneous heat distribution across all levels inside the dehydrator.
Simply slice your fruits and vegetables very finely, then arrange them on each tray without stacking them.
Food drying is a great alternative if you want a longer preservation of your fruits and vegetables. They can be either rehydrated later or used in their dried state.

Note: For optimal results, it is best not to overload each tray and to avoid mixing different kinds of fruit on the same tray.
