The Taïga bread and baguette knife is new for 2024 from the Déglon cutler.
Its short length differs from other bread knives, it is more manageable and cutting is easier.
It is equipped with a rigid 15 cm blade in X46Cr13 stainless steel with very sharp "half-moon" notching.
The tang is assembled by 2 rivets to a magnificent olive wood handle, very slightly curved for a better grip.
Olive wood is characterized by its high density, its resistance and its impermeability to odors and bacteria.
