The Taïga bread knife is new for 2024 from the Déglon cutler.
It is equipped with a rigid 19 cm blade in X46Cr13 stainless steel with very sharp "half-moon - large teeth" notching.
The tang is assembled by 2 rivets to a magnificent olive wood handle, very slightly curved for a better grip.
Olive wood is characterized by its high density, its resistance and its impermeability to odors and bacteria.
