This kit for making a pâté en croûte includes a long, plain non-stick baking tin, a crimping tool, 6 stainless steel vent tubes (Ø 2.4 cm), and a 20 cm brush with natural bristles and a beechwood handle.
A 60 g box of four-spice mix is included free with the set.

The non-stick tin, reinforced with ceramic and PFAS-free, ensures the pastry cooks evenly, for a neat and attractive result.
There is no need to grease it before baking.

Thanks to its hinged, detachable design, removing the pâté en croûte from the tin is very easy.

It is hand-washable and oven-safe up to 250°C.
