These lemon slices have been candied at a low temperature to preserve all the flavour of the fruit and give them a soft, delicious texture.
The lemon strips are cut by hand after candying.

They can be used to flavour and decorate king's cakes, galettes, cakes and other pastries and desserts.

In chocolate making, they can be covered in chocolate, glazed or frosted.

• Ingredients: Fresh lemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar
• Storage: Between 15 and 18°C, in a cool, dark environment (preferably in its original packaging).
• Slice dimensions: approx. 10x45/70mm
