Basque Country cider vinegar with infused black garlic leaves. An original flavour or the taste of candied black garlic deliciously combines with apple cider vinegar.

Applications: This creation is ideal for seasoning all kinds of salads. It goes very well with white meats, shellfish and fish. This vinegar can be used cold or hot, to season or deglaze your preparations.

Chef Philippe's advice: I use it for preparation of marinades by enhancing this delicious vinegar with olive oil and Espelette pepper.
