Created by the renowned chocolatier Valrhona, Manjari takes us on a journey to discover the island of fragrances, Madagascar. Manjari develops tangy and full-bodied notes of red berries, with a delicate taste of roasted nuts lingering on the palate.

Applications:
The intermediate fluidity of this superb chocolate offers enthusiasts a multitude of applications: making tablets, moldings, coatings, as well as preparing ganaches and creamy, flavourful mousses. Its characteristic creaminess is perfect for producing ice creams and sorbets.
