The Hotchoc electric spray gun was developed in collaboration with Krebs Swiss to deliver a perfectly even spray of chocolate and cocoa butter.
Its design includes a heating ring around the nozzle and an insulated cover around the nozzle and cup. This slows cooling and keeps the chocolate fluid for smooth, consistent spraying.

The Hotchoc is the only spray gun approved for food contact.
It is easy to clean by circulating water and a degreasing product, and its removable parts are dishwasher safe.
Supplied with a No. 6 round jet nozzle.

Ideal for coloring impressions, filling moulds, and decorating pastries, chocolates, or confectionery.
