This crunchy dark chocolate and praline filling is a ready-to-use paste, perfect as an insert for entremets such as Trianon.
Part of the crispy fillings range, it is made with premium ingredients and designed for use in desserts, sweets, and chocolates.

Ready to use at room temperature or after a brief moment in the microwave, it stays deliciously crunchy even after defrosting.

Applications:
Spread directly onto a biscuit base, tartlet or choux éclair. It can also be used in chocolate making as a candy filling, or in catering for decorative plate presentations.

• Ingredients: dark chocolate 55% (cocoa mass, sugar, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), roasted hazelnut paste 20%, biscuit shortening (wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, barley malt, salt), rapeseed oil, chopped hazelnuts 9%, sorbitol, soya lecithin, flavouring.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (10-25°C). Sensitive to strong odours. Consume immediately after opening.
