This non-stick double layer steel mould allows you to make 'barquettes', popular small boat-shaped cookies in France.
The hollow part of the cavity is designed to be filled with fruit coulis, jam, glaze or any spread of your choice.
The metho is very simple: just fill the cavities with cake batter, bake and add the filling. You get 12 delicious, golden barquettes in one go!
This thick material ensures uniform cooking, an easy release from the mould and optimal durability.

Uses:
Fill the hollow part of the barquettes with a fruit coulis (slightly gelled), jam, melted chocolate, praline paste. Serve the barquettes with tea or coffee for a nice afternoon break.
You can also make savoury barquettes with a vegetable, meat or cheese filling.
