Roll out the puff pastry.
With the grooved cookie cutter, cut the crescents in a croissant shape.
Place them on a moistened baking sheet.
Glaze them with the brush.
Put in warm oven, at 180°C...
... at mid-level.
The puff pastry starts to grow. Do NOT open the oven at the beginning of the cooking.
The crescents start to get brown.
At the end of cooking, take the baking sheet out of the oven. The crescents should be really well browned and crunchy.
Keep in a dry place until serving time. They can conserved several days in a plastic box.
