Before starting this Banana Bread Bundt Cake recipe, make sure you have organised all the necessary ingredients.
Cut the bananas into chunks and place in the mixer.
Process the bananas...
... until you obtain a fine purée consistency. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, crack the whole eggs.
Add the brown sugar.
Combine well with a whisk.
Add the melted butter (let cool down first)...

Before adding all the flour, add the banana purée.
Combine with a spatula until smooth.
Add the rest of the flour and combine until homogeneous.
Grease a bundt cake mould with an oil spray. This non-stick mould only required a thin coat of grease.
Pour the preparation into the mould...

Bake in a fan-assisted oven preheated at 180°C (gas 4)...
