The Matfer compact siphon heater keeps ISI siphons at a programmed temperature between 25 and 90°C, using a thermostat.
The temperature rises quickly and then remains stable, preventing the preparations from overheating and altering their taste.
Its compact size frees up space in the oven, immersion heater or on the hotplates.
An internal indicator shows the maximum water level.
Its all-stainless steel design makes it easy to maintain and compliant with current standards.
