The Alla France sous vide cooking kit allows you to monitor the core temperature of food during sous vide cooking.
The foam that is placed at the end of the probe prevents any loss or leakage of juice during the temperature measurement.
It is ideal for perfect control of sous-vide cooking.
This cooking technique is to be tested because it is homogeneous, the food remains tender and retains all its taste and nutritional value.

The Alla France kit contains:

  • 1 type K mini thermometer.
  • 1 special very thin vacuum cooking probe (Ø 1mm x 6 cm) with 120 cm cable
  • 5 strips of 14 cm of special vacuum cooking foam
  • 1 instruction manual
