Patented grinding adjustment system for electric or manual grinders.
When it comes to seasoning with pepper and salt, personal preferences vary greatly. Peugeot's patented U'Select system offers predefined grind settings to achieve the perfect match for any dish, from cracked to the finest grind.

6 grinds for pepper
6 grinds for salt

Simply turn the ring at the base of the grinder to select a position, each corresponding to a specific grind. The more you turn the ring, the finer the grind.

This system ensures consistent grind size with no risk of changes during use.
Peugeot's pepper mechanism features a double row of helical teeth that capture, pull down, and lock peppercorns in place for perfect grinding. A patented treatment protects the steel from corrosion while maintaining sharpness and resistance to wear.

Which pepper should I use?
For optimal performance, use peppercorns with a diameter of 6mm or less. The mechanism is suitable for black, white, and green peppers, and pink berries when mixed with these peppers (up to 15% pink berries). It is also suitable for coriander.
