The Trium Diamond Cams Pro manual sharpener was developed by De Buyer to quickly and easily restore a perfect edge to all types of knives.
The innovative cams (patent pending) ensure the blade maintains a precise cutting angle during sharpening: simply slide the blade down and back between the cams to restore a finely honed bevel.

• Level 1 is designed for very blunt knives, featuring coarse 400-grit diamond-coated cams at a 15° angle.
• Level 2 is ideal for regular maintenance, restoring a razor-sharp edge to all knives.
