Thick stainless steel body suitable for all hobs, including induction.
Base composed of an aluminium core 'sandwiched' between two layers of stainless steel, ensuring even heating.
Base coated with an exterior layer of magnetic stainless steel, specifically designed for induction hobs.
Edges designed with a clean finish for easy pouring.
Welded stainless steel handles.
Tube construction of the handles: they stay cool and are easy to grip.
Ultra thick coating on upper and lower edges of the pan body.

This pan is suitable for all hobs and comes with a 10-year warranty.

Tradition Saucepan - Ø 24cm - Matfer

Good pan

I bought three sizes in this series - 18cm, 20cm, and 24cm. They are all well-made. The 24cm version has a very wide handle, however, making it a little awkward to lift. I'm male, with medium hands, and I find it a bit too big to be comfortable.

Aside from this slight caveat, I would recommend the series. Price/value relationship is reasonable.
