The contemporary-looking Nori casserole from Beka is neither oval nor round. It has a capacity of up to 5.5 litres.
Bronze coloured knob.
Made of enamelled cast iron, it diffuses and preserves heat in an optimal way.
It is ideal for baking, browning, simmering, caramelizing, etc.
The thick enamel finish is scratch resistant and makes cleaning and maintenance of the casserole much easier.
Thanks to the peaks under the lid, the evaporating cooking juices are collected in an optimal way and distributed evenly over the food. This natural and continuous watering allows the meat to remain tender, the vegetables to keep their softness and the flavours are preserved.
Hand-wash recommended.

This casserole is suitable for all burners, including induction. Also suitable for the oven or barbecue.
