These pyramid salt flakes are produced in Cyprus by a unique process. Harvested by hand, the salt is decanted in several successive batches then heated during the evaporation process, giving it this unique pyramid shape, before being combined with lemon flavour.
This lemon-flavoured salt is perfect for adding an original finishing touch over cooked fish and white meat, just before serving.
Keep away from direct light and humidity.
Close the lid after each use to ensure the tub is airtight.
