Naturally low in sugar and full of beneficial properties, this cocoa infusion offers a surprising and satisfying experience. It's delicious on its own, but also works beautifully in pastry applications: use it to infuse creams, custards, whipped cream, ganache, and more.

Recommended use:
Infuse 10 to 15 g per litre in water at 90°C for 5 to 7 minutes.
