Lubeca organic almond paste with cane sugar is made from carefully selected almonds grown using organic farming methods.
Its strong almond flavour is softened by organic cane sugar.

Just as high in quality as the conventional range, this organic almond paste is soft and tasty, making it perfect for shaping, decorating desserts, creating decorations or filling confectionery and chocolates.
It can also be added to mixtures for making cakes, biscuits and fondants, giving them a creamy texture.

Lubeca has been present in France for over 20 years and supplies the biggest names in French pastry-making (MOF, world pastry champions, luxury hotels, etc.).
