Moulin Maury's Organic Buckwheat Flour is meticulously crafted to cater to the preferences of cooking and baking enthusiasts, whether they are professionals or private individuals.
The brown buckwheat grains undergo grinding on a flint millstone, resulting in a rustic flour with a well-balanced flavour profile.
Rich in vegetable protein and magnesium, this flour is gluten-free.

Featuring a light nutty flavour, the organic buckwheat flour is an ideal choice for creating traditional galettes, as well as bread, savoury cakes, and savoury pastry doughs.

Recipe for 2 buckwheat pancakes:

  • 500g Moulin Maury organic buckwheat flour
  • 20cl milk
  • 75cl water
  • 1 egg

Mix the flour and egg thoroughly.
Add the lukewarm water and milk.
Incorporate a pinch of salt.
Ensure there are no lumps by mixing well.
Cover the mixture and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. After resting, pan-fry the batter and garnish with your favourite ingredients such as ham, cheese, vegetables, eggs, etc.
