Organic

Organic chestnut flour is a healthy and delicious alternative to diversify and add a little originality to recipes.

Made from carefully selected chestnuts, dried and then crushed, it is used to make bread, cakes, pancakes, or cake batters.
Naturally gluten-free, it is suitable for those with intolerances or people looking to reduce their gluten consumption.
With its fairly neutral to slightly sweet taste, it's time to get started and try it!

  • Chef Philippe's tip: I like to use it in my breadings and some of my sauces to add a touch of originality to accompany veal or poultry.
  • Ingredient: 100% chestnuts from organic farming (FR BIO 16 certification). Guaranteed without preservatives, GMOs or food additives
  • Shelf life: 12 months at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, away from light. In case of high temperatures, store the product in a refrigerated area (0-5°C).
