This tempura mix allows you to prepare delicious fritters with a light, easy-to-digest batter.

Chef Philippe's tip: combine the tempura mix with Panko breadcrumbs for a crispy batter.
Store in a cool, dry room in an airtight container.

Ingredients: wheat flour, corn starch, rice starch, raising agents: sodium diphosphate and bicarbonate), sucrose, salt, taste enhancer: sodium glutamate, guar gum.
Contains gluten.

Quantity: Combine 150g of tempura mix with 20 or 30cl water until homogeneous.
