Golden blond grapes come from vineyards near the Orange River in South Africa where they have been dried, washed and then blanched.
These are soft grapes with a very fruity taste that reveals a slight acidity.
Their use is very varied, in cooking, they can be used to enrich a stuffing for your poultry, add them to your tabbouleh or tajines for a sweet and salty note.
In a sweet version, they can easily be incorporated into your cakes, panettones and various pastries, but they are also very pleasant in muesli or yogurt.
