Made from French seaweed and Colombian coffee extract, they bring out the character of the coffee without overpowering the other flavours.
They are used as a finishing touch on desserts, tiramisu, ice cream sundaes, plated desserts or even on the whipped cream in hot or cold drinks, creating a striking and very refined visual effect.

Usage:
Prova Coffee Pearls pair very well with chocolate, vanilla, caramel and dried fruit.
Shake before use and keep in the fridge once opened.
