Thanks to this instant mix, preparing a delicious afternoon treat is easy as a breeze.

Instructions:
1. Place the butter in a small saucepan and melt over medium heat. When the butter is brown, remove the pan from the heat and add water at room temperature. Combine.
2. Pour the mix in a bowl, then add the brown butter and whisk.
3. Set aside for 10 minutes and whisk again.
4. Grease the mould with oil spray or melted butter.
5. Transfer the preparation into a piping bag. Pipe the preparation into a financier mould, filling the cavities up to 3/4.
6. Sprinkle the surface with slivered almonds.
7. Cook in a fan-assisted oven at 230°C for 9 minutes.
8. Release from the mould while the financiers are still hot. Set aside to cool.
