A real discovery!
The scent of the rose is recognizable among many others and from the Orient to borders of France, it is used in cooking and in pastry making.
The Vinaigrerie St Jacques wanted to create a tangy and very aromatic vinegar, with a sweet pear vinegar that goes perfectly with the rose.
The delicate fragrance of the flower and the sweet flavour of the pear make this artisanal vinegar an exceptional product that will flavour salads.
It will go well with other flowers of course, shellfish in salads, carrots and beans...
To deglaze the juices of your dishes, it will be surprising with white meats, vegetables, freshwater fish and especially duck.
To make the most of the subtleties of this vinegar, dose sparingly.

  • Ingredients: St Jacques pear vinegar, rose buds, sage (5% acidity).
  • Volume: 20 cl
More info

Jean-Philippe is to be described as a poet of vinegar. This man who created the artisanal vinegar factory Saint-Jacques chose, after more than 20 years in the business, to give up everything to devote himself to his passion: gastronomy.
For this, he went to learn from the best French vinegar masters. Today, his vinegar factory is one of the last ten in France and his reputation is well established.
