Description

Dehydrated chicken stock for an easy preparation of poultry juices and sauces.
One tub makes 40 litres of stock.
Dilute the powdered stock in hot or cold water, using a whisk. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, salt, wheat flour, chicken 11.7% (chicken fat, chicken meat 4.6%), flavouring, leek and celery extracts, onions, extracts of spices and aromatic plants, antioxidant (rosemary extract). May contain traces of milk and egg.
