Mauritius massalé litteraly pairs with everything: rice, pasta, poultry, fish and of course, Creole recipes from Mauritius and Reunion Island.

Chef Philippe's tip: I like using massalé with chicken, rice, onions and coconut milk, with Voatsiperifery pepper for a kick.
