Fennel seeds come from an aromatic plant native to the Mediterranean basin.
Small, elongated and pale green in colour, they are carefully selected for their organoleptic qualities. These fennel seeds give off an aniseed scent with very fresh aromatic notes.
They are traditionally paired with pork, poultry and fish, and used in marinades and bread.
