These pasta are crafted from French spring water, durum wheat, and lemon zest, carefully shaped using bronze molds, giving them a distinctive character. The gradual drying process and the quality of the semolina used make these tagliatelle exceptionally digestible.
During preparation, opt for the use of a spacious saucepan by adding 1 liter of water for 100 g of dry tagliatelle, or approximately 3 liters of water to cook 250 g of tagliatelle. Plunge the tagliatelle into boiling water, then follow the cooking time indicated on the label once the water boils again. Then, drain and serve hot! Enjoy your meal!
