Under the expert guidance of Maître Pastier Patrick Cadix, only the finest varieties of French durum wheat are selected. Made with pure spring water and shaped using traditional bronze molds, these coquillettes possess a distinctive texture. This careful craftsmanship and the use of premium semolina ensure remarkable digestibility and a superior taste.
Preparation:
For best results, use a spacious pot with 1 liter of water per 100 g of dry pasta (approximately 3 liters for 250 g). Immerse the coquillettes once the water reaches a boil, and begin timing as soon as the water resumes boiling. Drain and serve immediately.
