The production process involves bronze-die extrusion and slow drying at low temperatures, resulting in a dense pasta with deep flavour, excellent digestibility, and superior cooking resistance.
The distinctively rough texture ensures that sauces cling perfectly to the pasta. Produced in one of the oldest factories in Gragnano, these gnocchetti guarantee an exceptional dish that maintains its integrity without shrinking during cooking. Store any remaining dry pasta in a cool place, or keep your finished meal in the fridge for later.
