AOP Espelette pepper mustard, a special creation from Maison Clarance, is slightly spicy and incredibly fragrant.
This mustard with character combines two noble ingredients: mustard seeds grown, harvested, and crushed on-site and AOP Espelette pepper.
Perfect with grilled pork, cold roast, or vegetables, it can also elevate vinaigrettes, mayonnaise, marinades, or sandwiches (burgers, hot dogs, etc.).
The heat of the chili perfectly complements the traditional spiciness of mustard!
