The combination of dried porcini mushrooms and boletes offers a delightful blend that will delight all mushroom aficionados. Porcini mushrooms boast a tender flesh and subtle hazelnut aromas, while boletes provide a stronger taste with musky and woodland notes, along with a firmer texture. Together, they complement each other beautifully and elevate a wide range of recipes, including risottos, sauces, vegetable sautés, grilled meats, omelettes, and quiches.

This duo serves as an invitation to indulge in the rich bounty of flavours that the forest has to offer.

Begin by soaking the dried mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Drain and incorporate the mushrooms into all your favourite recipes, such as pasta dishes, risottos, omelettes, meat dishes, and vegetable sautés.
