Following the success of Tadoka Vanilla and Tadoka Smoked, the Norohy brand has taken this product concept a step further and is launching three new versions in 2026: Ginger, Pepper and Verbena.

With a Clean Label recipe and as easy to use as ever, these small Tadoka Verbena blocks add a fresh, lemony and herbal note to pastry recipes, as well as to savoury dishes and chocolate creations.
They are made from just two ingredients: cocoa butter and IGP lemon verbena from the Grasse region of France.

Simply melt them in milk or cream, or grate them directly into your mixture. The average quantity is 1 to 3 doses per kilo of mixture, bearing in mind that one dose is equivalent to 10-15 g of fresh verbena.

• Ingredients: cocoa butter 55.7%, lemon verbena powder 42.9%, lemon verbena essential oil 1.4%
• Storage: keep in the original, unopened packaging, in a dry place away from light
