Tadoka Ginger is a recipe that remains 100% natural, with no additives or preservatives, made from cocoa butter, ginger powder and ginger essential oil, sourced from Peru or Ecuador.

This version offers warmth, a hint of heat, and notes of fresh, lemony ginger.
A real bonus for both sweet and savoury recipes.
Tadoka Ginger pairs particularly well with chocolate, mango and passion fruit to create fillings, ganaches and mousses...
In cooking, it can be used to enhance dishes featuring poultry, fish or rice.

Uses:
The average amount to use is 1 to 3 measures per kilo of mixture.
1 measure of Tadoka Ginger is equivalent to approximately 50 g of fresh ginger juice.
Melt it in milk or cream, or grate it directly into the mixture.

• Ingredients: ground ginger 50%, cocoa butter 49%, ginger essential oil 1%
• Storage: keep in the original, unopened packaging, in a dry place away from light
• Contents: approximately 5 cubes
